Mindfulness, Creative Arts & Psychology
Restore is an empowering learning programme created to increase understanding about the positive benefits of mindfulness, creative arts activity and evidence-based cognitive behaviour psychology in reducing stress reactivity. It teaches positive stress management techniques to enhance everyday coping and wellbeing.
The programme is organised into six 2-hour confidential group sessions led by an experienced facilitator/coach.
Learning unfolds through the combined power of structured weekly sessions that apply mindfulness-based techniques, creative arts engagement and cognitive behaviour psychology-informed stress management approaches. Supportive confidential group discussions and key techniques practised between sessions further enhance confidence and applied learning.
